This book is a compilation of the works displayed at “Dhamma Likhit: Buddhadasa’s Handwritings and Thich Nhat Hanh’s Calligraphy”, an exhibition at the Buddhadasa Indapanno Archive, Bangkok, Thailand, during October 1-31, 2010 and April 1-7, 2011 to celebrate the visit to the archive by Thich Nhat Hanh who will lead a mindfulness session for Thai Buddhists on April 2, 2011.

As one of the Dhamma volunteers who initiated this exhibition and collected all the Thai and English material for this book, I would like to extend my appreciation to all who have made the exhibition and this book possible. It is hoped that our work will benefit Buddhists and the general public, so that they may be able to apply to their own lives the simple teachings of these two revered monks.
