Life That Doesn’t Bite Its Owner #4
Buddhadāsa Bhikkhu continues describing the development of Atammayatā with the next three ‘Tā’: Dhammatitatā (to be set in or to be established in normalcy), Dhammaniyāmatā (the law of nature or the law of normalcy), and Idappaccayatā (the body of the law or the essence of the law of nature). He explains the way the Buddha taught Paticcasamuppāda (dependent origination) to show clearly that all things—everything in our lives—are not self. Lastly he details the final three ‘Tā’ of Atammayatā: Suññatā (voidness), Tathatā (thusness or suchness), and then Atammayatā (being unconcoctable).
