Passing of beloved creatures

One’s own failure and stupidity

Selflessness – void – objectivity

Bodily changes which cannot intrigue you

Conditionality of all things in the universe

Unconcoctability as protection

Coolness and usefulness for life

 

@ Continue practicing these regularly, and there can be an arahant in the household, with use even in the kitchen
